Plan Review and Expert Witness Services

Pratt Enterprises, LLC offers professional plan review services. Having managed many construction projects, we offer knowledgeable and informed opinions that aide an Owner  or Operator navigate a complex construction project. Expert witness services are based on the needs and relevancy of the conditions. 

We are familiar and experienced with lift station design, construction, related appurtenances, and project deliverables. Our services vary by contract and often include

  • Plan review of building plans for compliance with relevant international building and life safety codes;

  • Prepare cost estimates with a breakdown of labor, materials, and equipment costs. 

  • Assist in resolution, draft response, track, and follow up on requests for information (RFI). 

  • Review Contractor Quality Control (QC) daily reports for accuracy and completeness. 

  • Review and verify the contractor’s project record drawings for each monthly progress payment. 

  • Coordinate critical point, special, beneficial, and final inspections by design staff or other inspectors so work is approved in a timely and efficient manner. 

  • Verify that required O&M manuals, warranties, guarantees, and closeout requirements are complete and in compliance with the contract documents
