Permit Compliance and Saftey

Pratt Enterprises, LLC offers professional permit compliance and safety services to Owners and Operators throughout the intermountain west.  We are OSHA-30 certified and have conducted hundreds of equipment and safety inspections for utility infrastructure work on GRTE projects and regionally.

What you can expect from our permit compliance and safety services

  • Certified OSHA 30 Inspectors

  • Monitoring of compliance with Contractors Accident Prevention Plan (APP) and all applicable

  • safety requirements.

  • Attendance at contractor-led safety meetings.

  • Documentation of any safety issues on the Daily Log.

  • Inspection and observation for job applicable safety requirements.

Technical assistance and support include:

​

  • Inspect and observe for applicable safety requirements. Attend safety meetings. 

  • Conduct fact-finding and issue clarifications to the contractor.

  • Receive, log, and review submittals for completeness and accuracy. 

  • Assist in resolution, draft response, track, and follow up on requests for information (RFI). 

  • Assist in resolving disputes that may arise during the interaction between the construction contractor and the Owner.  

  • Coordinate critical point, special, beneficial, and final inspections by design staff or other inspectors so work is approved in a timely and efficient manner. 

  • Coordinate Special Inspections (STSI) with the contractor. Ensure inspections are completed in a timely manner. 

Pratt Enterprises regularly coordinates special construction-related discussions between Grand Teton National Park (GRTE) Staff, the General Contractors, and subs to establish strategies that minimize risk, improve safety, and minimize any disruption to visitor experiences and park operations.
